Attention staffing agencies – CareerBuilder’s latest research shows which job markets are in high demand and lacking adequate employees. According to a survey of over 2,000 hiring managers, more than 1/3 of hiring managers currently have positions that have gone unfilled for 12 weeks or more.
Brent Rasmussen, President of CareerBuilder North America notes that the “skills gap that exists for high-growth, specialized occupations will become even more pronounced in the years to come, prompting the need to place a greater emphasis on reskilling workers through formal education and on-the-job training.”
